Following the cancellation of the 2020 Festival, the Director has created a new programme for 2021 which retains as many artists and pieces as possible. You can choose one of two four night holidays or stay for the whole festival (eight nights). A full sightseeing programme will include Sir Edward Elgar’s birthplace at Broadheath and Little Malvern where he is buried.

The Kirker Music Festival at the Hotel Tresanton

Our annual visit to Olga Polizzi’s fabled Hotel Tresanton in St. Mawes is one of our most popular holidays each year, and we shall be returning first in early December 2021, when the log fire and candlelit restaurant offer a tempting escape, and again in March 2022, when spring arrives early to Cornwall. Performances in December will be given by the Maxwell String Quartet and will include works by Schubert, Haydn, Mozart, Dvorak and Beethoven. In March we will be joined by the exciting young members of the Karski Quartet.
